How do I actually improve my CRS score in the next 6 months without a PNP?

The highest-leverage moves in a 6-month window are usually: retaking your language test if you're close to the next CLB band (even CLB 9 to 10 on all 4 abilities moves real points), getting a spouse's language/education/experience factored in if you have a spouse, and completing an ECA if you haven't already (education is often under-optimized). A job offer no longer adds CRS points directly (removed March 2025), so don't chase one purely for CRS. Full list at /guides/pr/improve-crs.
