Does AIP have a language and education minimum, or is the job offer enough?

The job offer isn't the whole story — AIP also has a minimum language level (commonly CLB 5 for many roles, lower for some lower-skilled positions), an education requirement (a Canadian credential or an ECA for foreign education), and proof of funds unless you're already working in Canada.
